Terms & Conditions of Sale

Upon ordering a non returnable deposit will be required. The full balance of the account must be paid before collection.

Goods ordered cannot be cancelled. 

In the event that the customer fails to pay the full purchase price of the order ( the contract price ) in accordance with the terms and conditiond herein the seller shall be entitled to resell the goods after a period of 60 days from the date when the payment was due from the customer.

The seller agrees to provide to the customer advice and guidance in the choice of design, size, colour, and measurements of gowns, however, the customer shall decide such matters and the seller accepts no responsability for the choice made nor for any problems which result from any change in the customers instructions or due to the customers increase or decrease in weight or size subsequent to the date of order.

Goods,which are not available from stock, will take approximately 12 to 20 weeks to supply.

The seller shall use best endeavours to supply the goods ordered by the customer and comply with the customer's requirements in respect of colour,shades,fabrics and design. However, such matters cannot always be guaranteed and the seller gives no warrenty or guarantee save that he shall use best endeavours for the goods supplied to correspond as close as possible to the customers requirements and that which was reasonably available at the date of contract. In the event of any item not being obtainable after being ordered the seller reserves the right to supply an alternative or to refund on the item concerned.

Upon payment by the customer of the full purchase price of the goods ordered and before collection of the goods the seller undertakes to take reasonable and necessary precautions to protect the goods whilst on the sellers premises. The seller does not accept any liability in respect of any damage caused to the customer's goods whilst at the seller's premises save and except in respect of any damage caused by the negligence of the seller. Insurance cover is limited to the retail price of the gown/accessories in the case where cleaning/repair is not practicle. As all goods are checked prior to leaving the premises the seller cannot be held responsible for broken zips after collection. It is the resposibility of the customer to be entirely satisfied with their purchases as refunds will not be given once the goods have left the showroom.

The cost of any alterations if required, are not included in the retail cost of the goods.

All sale items are sold as seen and are non refundable.

The above conditions in no way effect your statutory rights.

If you do need to return your dress we ask you notify us within 3 days of receiving the dress, we then ask that the garment is returned to us within 14 days.

Dresses must be returned in their original condition with all tags in place and shipped at the customers expense within 14 days.

The dress must not have been worn except to try on for fit and appearance. Once the garment is received and inspected a promt refund minus a £10.00 administation fee  will be issued.


Special Orders

Special Order dresses cannot be returned after you have received them, unless they have been inspected and confirmed as damaged or 'not as ordered' by a member of staff at Belle.

  • Cheque when accompanied with a suitable cheque guarantee card
  • Most major debit and credit cards.
  • Easy payment scheme (Deposit required with the balance paid by instalments or in total before collection)
